How's Eviden for SAP?
I am having a discussion for one of the role.
Are there good projects?
I understood there are so many things are going around in Eviden (negative) things

SAP or not, most of the big projects are gone, and they’re now focusing on smaller local ones. These negative things are actual facts that you should seriously consider before making any decisions.

Yes they have many good projects in SAP. I also work in SAP, for me i dnt have any issue till now as i am tagged to a project. Issue is there for bench folks.

No HANA projects as of now, hardly one or two projects. Mostly people are working in ecc.

Eviden is not good for anything. Today we had HR connect, wherein I asked for Base location Transfer request to Gurgaon Office. HR denied and said that there is no seat in Gurgaon, so can't transfer you.

Someone asked if there will be hike and promotion. HR said, we are not sure on that and the decision entirely depends on Company's performance.

Again, Someone asked do we need to be in Office 12 days in month as part of RTO, then HR said yes, otherwise your current CTC will get reduced when you get least rating.

Lastly, HR said there will be further layoffs after Atos and Eviden merger in May 2025.

So, anyone planning to Join Atos/Eviden/Syntel, join at your own risk as I don't see any future here.

I’m verrrrrry new to excel and am going crazy because is there not a way to “clip” text in cells like you can in google sheets? I read about a “fill” option, but then noticed that cells that aren’t filled just repeat text. 😂🤯
