I am a Java Backend Engineer with 10YOE currently working at HCL TECH from the past 5 years and I joined HCL at 22L , even after close to 5 years I am still at 23.
Now I received offers from Infosys with 37.8(31 Fixed) and 39 from First Citizens Bank with 35 fixed.
Should I consider joining FC , suggest if there are any benefits .
I will also try for other companies till I join any company as I still have 2 months to serve
