It really depends on the project you’re assigned to. Some people end up with challenging or less desirable projects, while others get good ones. For certain projects, working from the client location is required—otherwise, the work is usually remote
If you’ve already cleared the client interview, it might be worth considering the offer. If not, you may want to explore other options.
Also, keep in mind that the appraisal and promotion policies are not very strong, and the work environment often feels more individual contributor (IC)–oriented rather than team-based. That’s something to think about before joining.
On the positive side, there’s minimal micromanagement, which I personally appreciate
