I am an EM at the McKinsey London office. I
have received a job offer but it requires me to join the new company in 4 weeks. How difficult would it be for me to get my contractual 12-week notice period at McKinsey reduced to 3-4 weeks?

I think it's very easy. You don't have any ongoing work or need a replacement. I'm pretty sure you could leave tmrw it after the study if you r on one

I left a few weeks ago, PD was super flexible and said outright that I could leave sooner than my (8 week) notice period if I wanted to

1. Deloitte USI - Analyst - 7.5 Lpa fixed + 75k variable + 3 lac joining bonus

Anyone else have a need to exercise daily? A lot of people judge me in a negative way and in reality it is because my ADHD brain needs it. 1) the consistency for schedule 2) exercise can help tone down the symptoms before I sit down for the work day 3) it is the only thing I can control to make it look like I am not a mess (disorganization, interrupting) - basically trying to stay in the game at work based on perception of “having it together”. Just wondering if anyone faces the challenges.
