2. EY India - Associate consultant - 8 Lpa fixed + 1.44 lpa variable + 2 lac joining bonus.

YOE: 1 year and TechStack - microservice development ( python + aws + azure)

Which one would be better to join, considering CTC, benifits and WLB?

I recently got offer letter from kyndryl. my YoE is 11.5 Years and skill set is that of DevOps (Python, Ansible, AWS, rDBMS, shell etc). Kyndryl offered the band 7a with salary 21lpa. Am I underpaid? Should I have asked for more?

Looking to exist Salesforce due to “Comp Throttling”. Even with promotions every year (2) exiting looks to increase OTE by 80-120% (3YOE)I have offers from Hubspot and a Saleforce partner for CS. Partner Is 18% higher OTE, with a much larger workload and worst WLB.

I just had an initial phone screen for a new Senior HR Generalist role, and the salary is $10k less than the low number I offered when he asked for my salary expectations. I’m at $85 with my current role, so I asked for $90-$95 for this role. However he told me the salary is $80. I’m really unhappy in my current job so I’m wondering how I can either negotiate for more salary (he said there may be wiggle room) or, explain that the $80 number he offered may be okay, depending on other benefits?

My house is sitting in the market for 35 days and only one very low balled offer. There were so many showings and common feed back being house needs work. I have time until next spring to sell it. Should I live in do updates and sell next year or just rent it out and sell when interest rates come down and more buyers in the market. At that time make updates. Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.

In the offer letter it's mostly mentioned HR band which is different from this, HR band is just the seniority level as per the org structure just for the reference for HRs.
