I am consistently getting feedback that I come across as under-confident, diffident or unsure of what I want when networking. I am in the process of networking to find my next role and I don’t think I present myself this way but I clearly am. Has anyone here experienced this and how have you course corrected?

If you have the opportunity to get more feedback from those same people on how you could come off as more confident I would start there.
You might have areas specific to your personality that contributes to the under confident aspect in which you can focus on developing.

Sometimes we may come across as you call it “under-confident” it’s also known as not supported in previous rolls or situations. I document my journey on Tik Tok https://www.tiktok.com/@journeyofaithfulpathways?_t=ZP-8x5YnVcvrQ6&_r=1

I'm a third year plaintiff's employment law attorney and I'm looking to move to defense, preferably still in employment law. I received an offer from a midsize firm that primarily focuses on PI with little-to-no employment law practice, so I'll have a bit of a learning curve. Offer is $90k, billable hours of 2100. Is this reasonable? I'm dead-set on leaving my current job, and this would be a $20k pay increase - which makes me believe I'm leaning towards taking it for those reasons only.

What title for this job description?
I want to switch roles from a creative director who oversees all aspects of the company’s creative (marketing campaigns and brand building mostly; also production, performance marketing ads, product design, managing design team) to focusing 100% on building our brand, educating both customers and employees about our value prop. I hate managing people or logistics and scheduling. What would this role be called? Do you see it as demotion from CD?
