Although I have a degree in Biology and also a Pedagogy degree, I have been teaching English for three years now due to being a native speaker in Cyprus. I was wondering if I will be able to find employment in Switzerland, Zurich as I'm not a German speaker?

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I was hired by a SaaS company for 95,000 Fr as a Senior Full Stack Developer. I have 9 years of experience and I worked in multiple startups and technologies. I also have relatively better experience in NodeJS, React, SQL, Elasticsearch.
I wouldn't say I am great at solving coding challenges but I believe with some practice I can get better.
Do you think I can get a better salary with my situation? (Swiss Wage calculator estimates 8500+ Fr. per month for Zurich area).
