Does PHR certification help in India, as this is globally recognised how much valuable is this currently in indian job market.

Do we got some good offers or its another certificate just to add to CV after so much of investment & time I don't want to get this wasted !!

been in industry (small companies) for 5 years with an active CPA. Wanted to get in SEC reporting roles but almost every company requires 2-year public accounting exp. Now applying for public accounting firms entry level positions but almost all firms HR asked if I had ever worked in firms. Got rejection emails from firms all the time. Has anyone had any experience with debt collectors? I was sent a letter from a company called convergent claiming they are acting on behalf of a creditor (a bank) that I’ve no interaction with. What computer and monitor set up do you use to work from home? This seems rather silly but I thought I might as well ask. My chromebook is on its last legs and barely handles video calls/conferences. I need to buy a new laptop and I was curious what most people use.

Do you require employees to upload a photo into your HRIS? It's not a hard rule for us but it does help when we need to verify identity, especially since we are still remote. I have a new hire who is just refusing to upload a photo due to "privacy" concerns. I just don't understand why they wouldn't want to when all of their over personal information is in our system? 😂

Hi all. I started a new role with a company I’ve been with for 2 years. The role is very much an SME role and can be quite boring sometimes. When hired I was told that this role would do a lot of different projects and skys the limit but after 7 months, I’ve been doing 1 project and when asking about role expansion essentially told to stay in my lane.
