I am Project engineer for last 3 years in wipro. I recently completed my MBA in Project Management parallely while working in Wipro.
Now that I am not interested in a technical role and I wanted to explore options in management role, I have few queries
-Can I directly find and change to a management role within wipro.
-If yes other than Iaspire & empreferal site where can I
-What all are the management roles that I can look for, and what all will pay me good like DM, ODCM, PMO
-Give a roadmap

Is anyone hiring for Operations Analyst, Sales Analyst or other similar entry level Analyst positions currently ? Remote would be awesome but I’d be happy with hybrid or non remote roles in the DMV area.

Any jobs out there that don’t require independent / analytical thinking? Really burnt out from thinking and would love to switch to a more routine position. Yes this is partly imposter syndrome talking.

Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. My wife and I just had our second child, and we have also been dealing with her cervical cancer diagnosis. It has been a stressful year, to say the least. I want to do something nice for her, but money is tight right now because of the cancer treatment costs, and her being on unpaid leave because of the cancer treatments.
