So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?

I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?
