Chipotle style barbacoa for tacos this afternoon

Dinner tonight; bbq’d swordfish (got caught in my tongs a bit...those are beyond sausages - daughter is a vegetarian ), rice with caramelized onion, roasted corn and peas, grilled zucchini with burrata and roasted tomatoes. The tomatoes should have been mixed with the zucchini but my wife and son don’t eat tomatoes.

Wednesday’s dinner - Cacio e Pepe with malfadine pasta; Salad with watermelon, feta, sweet olives, cucumbers, arugula and a white balsamic dressing, seared Tuna steaks with homemade pesto and roasted peppers; and giant prawn in a homemade tomato sauce.

Tonight’s dinner for 6 people - Wagyu beef, grilled potatoes and broccolini.
