Most of the HRs are on leave due to year end holidays
It also happened to me. I had all my interviews done and received a congratulatory email stating that I was selected and asking for my documents. Then, for three weeks, they ghosted me. They didn't pick up my calls, and whenever they did, they would tell me that the offer letter was in process. But after three weeks, I got a call saying that they would not be able to proceed as the position was put on hold.
They wasted five weeks of my time in the process, only to tell me that the position was on hold. The HR process here is pathetic. They don't care about other people's time.
I had to ask them multiple times for the travel reimbursement; then, on the third week, they initiated it.
When did you get the selection mail? Like in how many days post face to face Interview...
Hello fishes 👋
I have a 1st-round virtual interview scheduled in the first week of Jan at Amgen for the role of Associate IS Engineer (frontend-heavy).
This round will be taken by a Tech Lead.
Could anyone share insights on:
• The interview pattern
• Types of questions usually asked at Amgen
• Areas they focus on (React, JS fundamentals, system/UI design, problem-solving, etc.)
Any recent experience or tips would be really helpful.
Thanks in advance! 🙏
How can we initiate reimbursement for travel? Maybe I was not selected but I need reimbursement
