Anyone have an issue with Global Entry due to govt shut down?

I saw a couple thread asking similar questions but want to ask again. (Sorry) I have a valid I-797 till Oct’22 but no H1B visa. Can I travel to Puerto Rico? I understand that I can use driver’s License but what if they ask for my passport and see the expired visa, which was from my F1 status? (Also in panic mode cuz my trip is coming up this week 💀) thank you!!
