Is B school a good idea as a software engineer?

i studied business law with a focus on international corporate law and have been working in bankruptcy law for two years now. During my studies I worked in the entertainment industry for five years as an organizer for various festivals in the country and realized that i simply enjoy this industry the most. I’m new to the immigration practice, and recently submitted an I-129 for 15 H-2B landscape workers. I knew the deadline would be close, but I convinced the client that we could take the chance. The cap count was reached after we submitted, so no approval. Is there any other avenue to bring over those workers or is he screwed?

If a PWD is about to expire and you want to post at least one form of recruitment to save it, does the NOF count? Or does it have to be the SWA, Sunday ads, or one of the other 3 pieces? Regs aren’t super clear and my googling is iffy at best.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of working as an immigration attorney for a nonprofit?

Starting a new job as an immigration attorney with 4 years of experience at nonprofits doing USCIS filings under my belt but I’m making $75k at a firm with 3 partners, another associate, and about a dozen support staff. Hi - looking for direction: I’m about to file my citizenship application without a lawyer (after 5yrs of permanent residency). I filled out the N-400 form myself. At the end of the form it’s asking to upload any documents/evidence. How important is it uploading documents and what exactly is preferable to upload? BIA Briefs: I’m an associate at an immigration law firm. I determined that immigration isn’t for me So I gave the managing partner my 2 weeks. He wants me to wrap up some BIA briefs before I leave however I’m reviewing the record for a lot these and I’m seeing that a lot of the arguments for Asylum, Withhold, and CAT are incomplete. How I’m going to argue that the IC abused its discretion or misapplied the law when we made a facially insufficient argument for relief?
