What are some of the investing must-reads that you'd recommend?

I’m 36 and I recently reached a net worth of 1 million dollars. I thought I was doing good but then I see other people with several millions and can’t help but wonder how they got there.
I feel I’m doing everything I’m supposed to (I save, I invest, I max out my 401k, IRA, etc...).

What can I do to upgrade my game and reach those higher numbers?

Currently maxing out my 401k and HSA and investing about 1k/mo in ETFs. Also recently started buying I-bonds given inflation. What are other things I should be thinking about?

Hi, can someone tell me if I need to manually claim higher rate tax relief on Accenture UK workplace pension e.g. via self assessment? I had assumed it was all taken care of out of the pay packet as it’s a net pay scheme but I have a financial advisor telling me otherwise. I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
Is this normal process? Has anyone gone through similar experience?
