I applied for a company SIHO and received my offer letter and the next day was told they were retracting my offer and didn’t think it would be a good fit without explanation and me giving my notice to my current employee. Very disappointed and placed in a bad situation. Always do your reviews of a company first, my first mistake because after reviewing the reviews it wouldn’t of been in my best interest to work there but unfortunately has placed me in a bad spot and this shouldn’t be allowed…

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?
