Hi! Is it normal to feeling burn out after 10 months of working? I got a job as a sale coordinators which is a new position for a new department in my company. In this position, my boss expects me to be a sale rep, costumer support, and account management. With everything I have to be available at all time, meeting a potential costumer in the morning and taking order in the evening till midnight. All this for 48k, it’s my first salary job for me. Am I supposed to work this much?

When negotiating salary, what is a reasonable ask in terms of increase? I am really hoping to be about 14% higher.

Consultant (2 yoe at B4, certified top performer, total comp: 110k). What’s the top end of a range I could get in tech/industry beyond getting ridiculously lucky? Open to any role that isn’t 60 hours a week or more i.e. not I banking, MBB, etc.

I have been employed with them for 17 years and honesty, it’s a great company to work for. I have been in management for over 7 years at this point, completing everything from culinary management to both ends of service management, I have also completed my general management assessment. My pay has only increased on average of less than 3% per year with one year at 6%. I have never negotiated my salary before, is this too low? If so what is good increase for a company that continues to excel?

I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?

I really feel like I’ve been dealt a really bad hand in my life. It feels like no one gives me a chance. Whether it’s a job I know I’m qualified for, or someone I’m interested in.
