I asked my coworker did she have her marker to write on the customer’s cup and she she told the manager I was talking to her aggressively and she stated to me I should talk to them like they are a toddler. That’s a bunch of bs, what do yall think?

Yikes, sounds like a tough situation to be in. Some people are not good at getting any sort of critisicm or feedback. I would honestly just ignore it.

I’d leave it alone UNLESS the manager brings it up with me. More times than not, people like that get a reputation pretty quickly.

If this is the first time she's done this, leave it alone.

If this is a pattern of behavior, I would go to the manager and acknowledge the personality conflict without assigning blame(don't say "she doesn't like me", say "we don't get a long"), and ask if it's possible to not work the same shifts as her in order to maintain the standard of service.

That sounds ridiculous 😅 You were just asking a simple question, not being aggressive. Some people just overreact for no reason.

Wow! Some people really need to grow up to be honest.

Hi Fishes anyone here working in ADDA project

Recent lateral junior associate in brand new practice where I'm the only associate. I'm probably going to bill 1,500 hours max this year due to being very slow and taking time off for a delayed honeymoon which I disclosed during my interview process. I have been told my work product is good, I don't turn anything down, I participate in non-billable work, I'm responsive and I always let people know I'm available to help. Do I need to be worried about getting fired for low hours?

I'm looking for wine recommendations as a bourbon drinker. I'm a regular to barrel proof bourbons (120+ proof) and did a few red wines tonight but was expecting more. I'm hoping to find a red that is more full tasting or has a more pronounced finish.

I’ve been a freelance print production designer for many years, and usually on-site in the before times. Now I work remote, and am finding it uneasy dealing with billing. Before I always billed hourly, which made sense, but it’s becoming an issue now. Some companies don’t have a full days’ work, so it seems wrong to bill full days, and it allows me to juggle projects for different companies, but my billable hours are down. I know I should bill a daily rate, but not sure that will fly. Thoughts?

Does SocGen provide joining bonus? I'm going to forfeit roughly 3.5 lacs worth of bonus this year to move.. need to know whether I can ask for JB.

What is the standard variable pay at SocGen? Is it 25%? Or 8.3%?

Permanent WFH options available? If so, are they mentioned in the offer letter
