Why is it so hard to find a remote HR position? I have my SHRM-SCP, my MBA and over 10 years of experience being an HR Manager.

I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH. There is talk of bringing everyone back to the office full time and that’s not what I would like to happen. I’ve been searching for a new position in which it would be a remote role. My current company also said I am maxed out in term of what they are willing to pay salary wise.

Are spg and spg points eventually going to get phased out due to merger?

Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified? To all the people searching PGs, i would suggest not to go with any online bookings like nestaway, zolostays.

The ideal thing is to land in hyderabad, book a hotel for two days and then go to office nearby area and search for PGs, you will get 100+ pgs in each location. Have a look at the room size, ventilation , bed size , if required taste the food also before booking PG.
