I built a reporting process that saves time, and now every small issue with that report comes straight back to me even when other people could troubleshoot it themselves. It is gotten to the point where helping turned into owning something I never officially took on. How do you pull back from becoming the default person for everything you build?

They cant put me on performance defaulters as I voluntarily resigned and also got good feedback from client.
The reason I resigned was the sh^^head manager and project.
He said I would be released from project soon and then on bench but after resigning he is saying you have to serve the NP n we cant release early.
This is only option left to get released from this sh^t place

The current industry offer meets my comp expectation but planning to see if they would bring me in as a senior manager. There isn’t a set hierarchy for the team as of right now as they are building the team and I’d be reporting to a senior executive. Any talking points/tips that might help me negotiate?
