Has anyone ever had any luck applying for a hybrid job and convincing them to let you work fully remote? I'm seeing a lot of hybrid postings for my role but not a lot of fully remote ones.

I applied to a job thinking it was account management role for c3.AI. Turns out it is sales engineering role with zero delivery ownership. I continued through the process and got an offer that is 30% above my current base. I work tech consulting, mostly healthcare platform implementations. This role will be quite a shift from my current skills. I like the money, but not sure if the move is right. Any reasons other than compensation to consider or reject the offer?

I am product designer with a fair amount of experience (6yrs).

Recently was interviewed for a Sr. role in Booking but unfortunately, the team finds me better suited as a core individual contributor.

I am also in the advanced stages of some lead designer positions in other companies.

However I am really interested in joining the team at Booking, especially because of the design culture.

What should be my reasons to accept or not accept the offer from booking?

Since then I didn't receive any communication. The director told initially when he started the offer roll out process that there is a freeze going on and needs to get the approvals to get this done. How many days will it take to roll out the offer basically with Oracle India. Can some one please help me with info.
