Additional Posts in Negotiating Offers
I applied to Pinterest and Amazon. I have interviews at both and it's looking positive. I'm a little worried I set the bar too low with my initial response for salary range expectations when I applied. Anyone ever told the recruiter afterwards a higher range and been successful? What might you say to adjust the range? Thoughts?

How would you ask about the flexibility of the location of a role? I'm interviewing for a role on the west coast, but I do have plans in future to move back east at some point - I currently work at a company that allows me to work from either. How would you approach this and would you do it in the interview or once you reach the offer stage?
How can you tell what level a job is at Amazon Web Services? I'm feeling a little in the dark as to what my expectations can be.
PwC What’s the better offer? I’m currently an associate at Mercer in Seattle making 115k with a 10% target, but considering an offer in NYC at PWC as senior associate at 140k with a 15%ish target. Also been at current company for only 9 months. Is it worth it to make that transition so early?

I think you can be upfront and say something like "I was looking for Senior Manager roles but applied to this one because the job description is a fit. What would be needed for me to come in as a Senior Manager instead of a manager? ". Other ways to manage is to come in as a manager but negotiate a 6 month review with promotion to senior using that time, with clear deliverables.
