I cleared final round in Accenture and interviewer said me that i need to work at the client location in Pune. But I can’t move to Pune because my mom has a serious health problem.

I didn’t get call from HR till now. But can I discuss a’bad location in HR round or should I wait for offer letter, accept it and then email to POC.

Please advice.

I asked for a raise and instead got laid off. Told that after looking into finances not only can they not afford a raise they cannot afford me. But I know for a fact they are replacing me with an Agency that say they can run our Social Media for 500pcm. Is this normal practice these days?

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

Actually i have been interviewed in Accenture .
Everything has been done even salary discussion is also .
1-assessment and i got the completion message and confirmation
2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.
