Everything has been done even salary discussion is also .
1-assessment and i got the completion message and confirmation
2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.

Currently looking to make a lateral move to other firms in the region. Anyone can suggest good and serious headhunters?

Any tips for someone trying to break into consulting in the GCC from the US? Applying blindly hasn't worked out. Head hunter recommendations would be great as well!

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. Even though I’m licensed to write my own business, the sole producer in the company is my boss. I currently make 35k + 15k in commissions (approximately). Is this a normal salary? I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?

Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months.. They have stopped my appraisal as well...

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?
