I cleared the first round in Infosys, and after that I received a mail for the manager round. In that mail they asked for my current and expected CTC. My current package is 26 LPA and I have 6 years of experience, so what should I mention as my expected CTC so that they conduct my manager round and don’t reject my profile because of salary issues?

I’m a second year BigLaw associate that pays market. I was offered the position at a modified salary and hourly expectation due to their expected work flow needs. I’m wondering what is the best way to approach the topic of getting on the full salary/hours. Do I wait until the bonuses are given at the end of my first year? Or bring it up at mid-year review? Can any PPMDs chime in on the comp statements? For the most these are terrible increases. Do you guys & gals agree with what the firm giving your main resources? I don’t understand how it makes sense to have people leave and you pay the incoming people more, as well as, spend more time and money in training them. Just trying to understand the rationale. Wouldnt it make more sense to keep your people happy?
