I could see a lot of posts and comments about offer letter releases. Here’s the update I got from my recruiter yesterday (for November hackathon). I came to know that if your expected CTC is higher, you are unlikely to get an offer unless a client or project is ready to pay that amount. I have been waiting since November, and it is still on hold. So, if your expected CTC aligns with the project requirement, you will get the offer letter soon. Hence, it’s not worth waiting for the offer.
