There is no dedicated training team, so we all have to learn new things on the fly through trial-and-error or by asking our coworkers for help. The management team seems to be pretty hands off when it comes to project management and project direction, so it's up to us engineers to figure out how we want to spend our time and who we want to work with.

Over a year ago, I lateraled from a firm doing mostly land use/development to a volume lender debt finance practice. By volume I mean I’m on 15+ deals a day. I am working with Big4 now and got an offer to work with Offshore Account Management team with HCL,does anyone know about this, what work they do and what are growth opportunities in this.

BGV documents uploading links are routing to smart portal. Will it be the same credentials which is being used during discover portal login? Asked my recruiter HR, but no reply so far

Join any dam company in world but dont join lala company HCL. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. I could easily sue them for harrasment but i didn't wanted to get involved in useless sh** and waste my time and energy .. BEWARE OF HCL
