A lot of green flags are sensed instinctively. One that comes to mind is if you feel like the people you're talking to are being honest with you. At times you can just sense that someone isn't being evasive or deceptive. That also connects with whether things seem consistent. If you talk to several interviewers, they should all be on the same page. It's also encouraging if people from the company talk about how they do things. It's great to hear about what they do, or want to do, but hearing how they collaborate or work or set goals can be meaningful.
Love this!!
Everyone being very clear on what they are working towards. The need for micromanaging goes away & gives room for everyone to thrive.
I’m joining a new company next week and these are some of green flags I saw (TBD if they are real, yet 😅)
- the hiring process was organized but flexible and felt human, rather than being super rigid or totally messy
- the managing partner was easy to talk to and corrected himself a few times, which showed realism and authenticity (similar to the other poster’s point about honesty)
- they invited me to a company event that was happening while I was interviewing which was a little intimidating for me, but it also gave us both an opportunity to make sure the vibes were right
Such green flags! Best of luck in this new role and hope it stays as good as it sounds :)

Losing track of time is a good sign. Everyone is mindful of time, but when people ask for a few more minutes to talk means they are interested.
Really great point! Even when I’m interviewing candidates, I love when this happens.
The free snacks!
Honestly, yes
