I feel you, it was the same for me until I decided to only apply with warm leads, if it makes sense? I always speak with someone at the company first, asking about the open role to verify if it's a real need. Sometimes, I even get a referral. That way, I was able to get someone to vouch for me and see my genuine interest, and I was able to meet with them when ATS wouldn't.

I try to treat job boards like step one and real people like step two. I usually apply, then search the company on LinkedIn and look for mutuals or second-degree connections. It’s slow, but I’ve had interviews that way.

How much hike i can expect .
I got a call from a recruiter and I said my expected CTC is 14 lpa, she said according to the current market, they can provide max 30-40% hike
How much I can expect according to the current trend .
