I'm the same as you. It sets the tone for the entire day because I hate working out. If I can knock a workout out first thing in the morning, the rest of the day feels like a cakewalk by comparison.

It does set the tone for the day. I love it so much. I feel amazing afterwards and I feel like I can conquer the day. It’s great when I have a long day ahead of me and I have the right amount of energy to focus on work.

That sounds great! I usually try to set small goals for each day and take short breaks to recharge, it helps me stay focused and motivated through the week.
