How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?
Seeking honest advice here.
What is the midpoint salary of Band 8?

Hi there! I'm in private practice. I typically reach 30 clients by the end of the week.
22-27 clients in a week. Each client appointment typically lasts for 1.5 hours. But sometimes I can cater up to 30 clients in a week.
Probably about 25 max for the week. I have certainly done less (pretty small practice) but when things are busy that's usually where we cap things. Otherwise I worry that people would feel rushed which I don't want patients or staff wise.
I appreciate the feedback! There's definitely a sweet spot emerging in these comments. I'm an ND and a therapist so I can have 2-3 hr visits for new intakes easily. And Naturopathic notes take forever compared to mental health progress notes.
I'm just trying to decide the most effective way to allocate my offerings during the week.
