I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

I’m having a really hard time with my changing body. 13 weeks, I don’t have too many bad side effects of pregnancy or anything so I consider myself lucky (no nausea ever etc) but I’m depressed at work, my skin is completely broken out and showing new broken face capillaries, and I’m not showing a bump yet so I just feel fat and big. I don’t know where this “glow” is but I look in the mirror and literally am grappling with not recognizing myself :( it’s been impossible to find any clothes too.

How long after a failed transfer does your stomach and body feel like it’s back to normal? It’s been a little over a week since I got the news that my transfer a few weeks ago didn’t work. So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. Coming in from big 4 this was a surprise to me. Given that most D and MDs are homegrown, probably used to this way of business, however we are not selling solutions is a concern in my opinion.
