It's unclear if you're talking about being isolated in your job or in your personal life. Sometimes as you rise in an organization it can seem like you become isolated, as there may be a pressure not to fraternize with former colleagues you may be managing, or at least whom you outrank. That can be a problem, but you can usually manage it so you're not a complete pariah. If you're isolated in your personal life, just get out more and socialize, there's a great big world outside of your office.

Sounds like personal life. Hopefully they’re able to find themselves

That’s the problem. Yes money solves issues. Physical ones. It assist with internal ones (like hobbies). You must find yourself. Make time for you!

Wow such a helpful comment for this colleague.
I focused only on my work for many years, hence I get to make good money but have no decent relationships. Trying to find a happy medium right now.
That is the way. Separating the two makes for a better quality of life.
I would ask yourself “who am I and what is my identity?” If your answer starts with your role at work, it’s time for self reflection to figure out what’s important to you and what you need in life to be happy. Don’t wait on this and engage others if it helps to talk it out! Truly wish you the best of luck.
It’s important to focus on things outside of work just as much as work itself. Find some hobbies you enjoy or learn something new!
