I got a bad mid year performance review . Tbh so far i haven’t had much of an opportunity. I’ve been two bd things and one live deal which was basically closing by the time I got on it. I’ve worked with a ton of shitty people who got fired but they were able to put their input into the review before they left. I honestly feel horrible about myself

How do I negotiate for a higher starting level? I have 5 years of experience and they told me I would be either L4/L5 but now I’m hearing it’s between L3/L4. I love google and I want to work here but I don’t think I could come in at L3. This is for SWE and onsites went very well
