I got an offer from Ford and dropped my papers. After that, I am not getting any calls from other companies. Usually people have 2 offers in hand, just in case any company revokes the offer, they can join another comp.. so just to be safe.

Does Ford ever revoke the offer. I m worried because of unstable market conditions.

Cons: Its a startup, the solution they offer is adjacent to my desired industry, its a very small team so I wouldn’t grow my network as much, tech stipend for new laptop (but they don’t provide a work one)
