What’s an example of an ethical dilemma you’ve faced (doesn’t have to be work related) and how did you respond to it?

I have recruiters that are sending our premium rates out to candidates. This was never allowed at previous employers. Has this practice changed over the past year? We always held those rates close to the vest. I have even had a recruiter ask for the 401(k) vesting schedule and matching plan. This is not public information and should not be provided to candidates. Am I missing something?

I'm looking for an HR Director role.
I'm currently a Senior HR Manager (because the Ops Director didn't want another Director In the payroll) overseeing 4 facilities & 3 companies. I have 1 HR Manager, 3 HR Generalists, 1 Recruiter, 2 EHS Coord, and 3 EHS Leads reporting to me.
I have over 15 years in HR, an MBA, PHR & SHRM-CP certifications & experience in healthcare, retail, logistics, & manufacturing.

In need of some big time advice. I currently work for a boutique healthcare consulting firm and I have been applying to B4/larger firms for about 2 mo. Manager for KPMG verbalized no current openings for SA/Managers right now until budget is approved then went silent on the follow up. I an eager to move and have been networking/connecting constantly, but no one seems to have the time/position openings.
