Personally, I believe that early recruitment should be done in house. You want the right people to be there during the genesis and most important stage of the company
Well, i am talking mostly about the first hunting. Not the full process. Half done by an agency and the last interviews with the company
Take advantage of your network. A highly skilled person that you don’t get along with and share the same values with, will be a nightmare down the road.
