You shouldn’t settle for anything less than a 30–50% increment.
This role is in very high demand. If they genuinely want someone with your skill set, they should be willing to revise the compensation range now itself.
Once you’re on board, the workload and expectations will naturally increase—and at that point, your compensation will not be revisited.
