I got hired for the position, I am asked to do a certification course which is paid before receiving the offer letter. I am also asked to submit the documents, some one please help if this is a scam?

My residing location is gurugram, but PWC SDC base location in offer letter is Bangalore.

By any chance can i request access of their gurugram office and work from here ? Tired of working from home daily. Please suggest.
