I got Offer from #UPS as Lead Application Engineer and #BNPParibas as Senior Java Engineer (However, Its senior engineer role in bnp).

Tech Stack - 14+ YOE with Java Spring boot microservice with GCP cloud experience.

UPS CTC - 37 & BNP - 33 FIXED

I want to choose based on WLB. This is high priority. I heard in UPS, we need to overlap with US folks etc. Howevers, its closing by 8.30PM.

In BNP, its general shift from 9.30 to 6 pm. post that there is no work as far as i know.

I'm lateraling to another firm because frankly I think the management of this one is terrible, but the people (and individual partners) I actually work with are awesome. I've only been here for about 18 months, so I imagine that short time frame will make it extra awkward 😬

I joined HCL in july 2021 & completed one year in july 2022. Currently I am serving notice period and my last working day is December 7th. I resigned in September month
