I had a quick question regarding the separation policy.

I submitted my resignation on 17th Dec 2025. However, I had already applied for and received approval for my leave on 11th Dec 2025, which was prior to my resignation. Therefore, the leave was not applied during my notice period.

Based on this, my understanding is that the LWD should not be extended, as the leave was planned and approved before the start of the notice period.

Could you please confirm if my LWD will remain unchanged?

Not sure about company work culture and other details. Now I got an offer from wipro for 18LPA(17 fixed + 1lakh variable). And there is a offer from Trane Technologies for 16LPA.
