I have an experience of working in HR top positions more than 20 years, but in Georgia (country), I am relocating now to New York and want to get the chance to fine the job even for mid level position, like coordinator, or specialist, for basic pay, how can I succeed?

You have a real uphill battle. Most companies simply will not believe that someone who has BTDT with the "top" job truly wants to scale back. That was me a few years ago, and without having someone in my LinkedIn network who worked at the company I was applying to telling the hiring manager that they should strongly consider me, I never would haven't gotten the time of day from them.

One "sales pitch" I've used is "you're getting senior-level experience and knowledge at a coordinator price!" But keep in mind that "HR Coordinator" is pretty much entry-level, not "mid level."
