How do RSUs in a PE owned firm work? I’m in early stage interview with such a firm and RSUs are part of the comp. I assume I would need the PE firm to sell or IPO the company in order to realise value from the RSUs. Is that right?

I’m interviewing for a marketing manager role and after speaking with the hiring manger I’m being asked to do a written assignment. The assignment is creating 4 separate strategies around different areas. This will take quite a bit of work. 1-2 strategies seems reasonable but 4 seems like a lot. I asked the recruiter how in depth they are expecting me to to go and she said “as much as I’d like to. It’s up to me and what I see fit.” Does this ask seem reasonable? Have others experienced this?

I gave google silicon interview all 4 rounds 3+ months back, from then they are saying they want to hire me but headcount approval is not yet received.
Last week they said, lets go for one more round and finalize immediately. That interview also went very good.
Post that they didn't call back itself, they have stopped responding also.

Has anybody faced this issue? This I feel completely unprofessional and not really expected from Google.

I have 1 job offer that is an hour away and pays 45k, after negotiations (Research Associate Position at a University) .

I have just interviewed for a position closer to home and a base salary of 65k, but haven’t heard back from them in about 2 days (He said he would make a decision by yesterday and I’ve reached out).
I have to decide on the first offer by Thursday but I haven’t heard back from the second yet. Thoughts on next move?

LCSW 50k loan repayment- Has anyone been granted a contract through the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program? Hi everyone, current job has obnoxiously long notice period and they won’t let me leave for health reasons. Wondering what my options are if there are any? I never signed a contract for my second year in and definitely did not have an opportunity to renegotiate my terms for my second year at the job. Right now I’m overworked and really want to step away but my job is not letting me do so. Would love some advice if i should involve lawyers vs continue talk to my bosses (who have not been helpful)

I applied for several positions in December. All have declined without an screening except one for a Purpose Marketing Director with the status of “under review”. I do not have a referral. It’s now February. Do I assume that recruiters there do not think I am PwC material? I have equivalent years of experience compared to PwC people with the same title. I started an ERG group, helped write my org’s DEI statement and have over 15 years of experience in B2B and B2C, primarily in healthcare.
