I have been working as a Product Owner in the organization for the last 18 months. When I joined, I was told my designation would be changed to that of a Product Manager. That couldn't happen ultimately. Although I have been doing the work of a Product Manager only as the organization is a start up. So have been wearing hat of a Product manager.
Would I be caught in BGV if I mention Product Manager in my resume and get selected for any organization?

PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?
