I applied with EY for a Senior Manager role I had my first stage interview with a senior manager, which I thought went well as I got the partner interview 2 weeks later, and said I'll be contact within 10 day HR. This did not happen so I chased up. Today I received feedback from HR stating that the senior manager, who would have been my peer, said I didn't have enough experience. But the partner who I would have been working under did like me.
Is this normal with EY recruitment

I think, right now, your CV is little more task oriented and little less result oritend. You have mentioned what did you do, but did not mention what was the result of it.
I recommend that you redo your CV amd make it more result oriented. If possible, associate $ impact. You can also make it a little short. Regular tasks don't need to go in CV.
But how to measure the $....it will all be in approximation and what I feel right.. because no body will tell me that by doing this company is getting profitable by this much...
You need to show the impact, not profit. Also, it need not be direct revenue impact. Let's say your project saved 100 manhours per month, then you can manhours with their cost, and in turn $.
