I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

Cleared couple of interview from company like bewakoof, delta, scrut, infosys, jumpcloud i am finishing interview reaching till hr round. Then after hearing my expectation as 40% hike they are telling will try to get you then they just put in wait.can anyone give me advice….?

Have you thought about why PM interview experience is totally different than the actual PM job ? PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?
