Current iPhone user, planning to buy a new version phone. Need suggestions

Should I switch to Android or can I stay with iPhone only? I feel it’ll be nice to have a change in the UX, but hopefully the change shouldn’t be bad so that I’ll regret.

If Android, suggest a few good phones, that’ll be a fair replacement for iPhone.

If iPhone, should I go for iPhone 13 or 13 Mini. I like the compact size with mini, but the battery capacity not great.

Intl Tax folks, how long did it take before you were confident in your role? I've worked for the past 3 years in a practice that is heavily consulting based (inbound and outbound structuring) and I feel like I'm only just starting to understand the foundational concepts (where I can explain them clearly to clients) and offering a shred of value. Then I'll have calls where partners discuss complex tax, legal, treasury and other related concepts that all go over my head.. it becomes overwhelming

I have accepted an offer for BA3 band for 10 LPA (46% hike). Is this a good offer or was I low balled ? Wanted to know as this is my first switch so I cannot judge if this is a good offer or not.
I had communicated my expected salary of 11 LPA (fixed) during negotiations for which HR said she would have to ask the concerned team. I then said that I am willing to negotiate and was offered 10. Was this wise or should I have waited ?

I have applied for 3 roles in barclays Noida. The application status of 3 are under HM review while one says completed. Its been more than a month.

The date beside the status keeps updating though. What does that mean if anyone from barclays have an idea would be helpful.
