I have been working in consulting but I want to change my domain to Data Science. Now i have so many doubts:

1. How to actually learn the skills? I have studied so much but I still feel like I know nothing.
2. Which companies to look for? I have experience in non data science field so which company can shortlist me?
3. I actually want to join some startup and work as a Data Scientist. But what are some good startups with good pay even if I join as fresher?

Does anyone use their private car to drive to work from hebbal, thanisandra or places that are 20kms away? It may be an absurd question to ask considering the Bangalore traffic, but still checking if there's anybody driving down that distance?
