I have heard of several techniques of prioritizing your daily tasks, such as which ones are most important to focus on first. One in particular makes sense to me: Eisenhower's urgent/important principle to distinguish between tasks that are urgent, important, both, or neither.

With overemployment, you can have days that there are a lot of tasks with your employers / contract work and some days, not so much. How do you prepare to handle your daily tasks?

Hello, Can anyone share the real world process of sales pipeline in the IT company and process of acquiring new customer?

Third year corp associate here. Drafting a contract from a form of agreement and some comments that were provided by the client. It’s taking me !!! FOREVER !!!! Like HOURS for what should be a simple contract. I am spending a lot of time trying to find ways to incorporate the clients vague comments appropriately while also staying consistent with with the form … am I nuts or is this normal?

I don't have a very naturally corporate personality. Am I screwed, or is the environment in the industry sufficiently different now than it was 10/20/30 yrs ago that I can survive on merit/skill more?

Anyone in consulting and doing OE? Using bench time for J2+ seems like a good opportunity in this environment, considering it wouldn’t look out of place to remain on the bench for quite a while

I really want to get a second job but I am scared of losing my current one. Both companies are in same field, although not direct competitors so I know it’s technically “not allowed” however, this is the only way for me to get that $$ since I am not paid all that well.
