Periodic firing does happen in ISL for low performance. How's your rapport with your actual delivery manager/technical manager? Not talking about PeM.
My performance was measured upto December only and till December there was no tasks in my JIRA. He took the point that you didn’t came to office and you haven’t completed any task. So he marked me as low performer. What you think ? Shifting to office will leads to better the situation or no benifit of shifting now ?

If not coming to office is d reason for raising pip, post which if u r maintaining 3 days a week, you can show tat and come out of pip right.
