I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k. I was told the next step was Junior Manager but they rarely started anyone at that level. I'm shocked. Is that accurate or are they trying to lower my expectations? Hi everyone, I am looking to go for my masters degree, I have my bachelors in health services administration and economics and I am looking into dual degree programs. The ones I am currently looking into is Scranton’s MBA/MPH program, as well as SUNY Buffalo. I am also looking at the Zicklin/Baruch MBA program, but wanted some advice on what to do. I am looking to move further up in management within a healthcare system, and wanted to get some advice from others besides the people I work with.

I specialize in nonprofit tax and I’m trying to increase my knowledge in my complex or unusual nonprofits tax issues since I don’t get the exposure that much at work (international activities, private benefit, UBI, etc.). Does anyone have any books or CPEs that they recommend? Or courses that they took that went into detail on this? Most of what I find is more about NFP management skills then the more technical side of it.
